Which foods should not be missing from your diet plan?
When creating a meal plan, my “goto” foods are chicken, eggs, Greek Yogurt, rice, broccoli, sweet potatoes, apples, and almonds. From there, along with the help of some BSN SYNTHA-6 ISOLATE, I can build a pretty solid foundation to a meal plan for anyone! It’s much easier to be a healthy eater than you think!
Cheat Meals?
I am not one to schedule “cheat meals”. I focus on eating healthy foods as much as I can so if I do decide to go out to eat I am not worried about the extra calories, fat and carbs. I find it much easier to stay lean and not lose focus this way. You should never feel guilty because you want to enjoy your favourite meal, dessert or snack every so often. As long as you plan ahead, you will be ok. For example, if you are planning to eat out or party over the weekend, be extra dedicated with your exercise routine and eating during the week.
What supplements do you take?
