Preparation:

Mustard Marinade: Put olive oil, vinegar and mustard into a bowl and mix it with a fork. Flavor it with a bit of salt and pepper.
Cut chicken into small stripes and roast it for about 12 minutes (medium heat). Flavor it with curry powder, salt and pepper. Wash leaf salad and spread it on a plate. Add roasted chicken, egg and chickpeas. Finally add the mustard marinade and some fresh dill. Enjoy this chicken salad and stay fit!
