Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 small Zucchini (250g)
  • 2 Carrots (200g)
  • 1/2 Potato (50g)
  • 1 small Onion (4og)
  • 1 Soup cube
  • 4 Shrimp skewers (400g)
  • 750ml Water
  • Curcuma
  • Cardamom
  • Curry powder
  • Chili powder

Preparation:

Peel carrots and potato. Cut zucchini, onion, carrots and potato into small pieces and put it into a bowl. Add one soup cube and fill it up with 250ml of water. Boil it for about 10 minutes (medium heat). Flavor shrimp skewers with curry powder and chili powder and roast each side for about 2 minutes (medium heat). Purée the soup until it´s creamy. Flavor it with curcuma, cardomom and chili powder. Serve the spicy Asian soup with a shrimp skewer. One serving contains 116 calories and 7.1g of carbohydrates.
