- 100ml milk (low-fat)
- 3 table spoons (about 40g) of crispy Peanut Butter
- 30g Whey Protein (Vanilla)
Preparation:
Mix milk, Peanut Butter and Whey Protein. Heat it in a pan for 3-4min (until it´s creamy). The cream is finished, now you just have to put it into the freezer for about 30min. Enjoy!
