Ingredients:
- 125g salmon filet
- 1 garlic clove
- Paprika powder
- Caraway
- Olive oil
- White wine vinegar
- Parsley
Preparation:
Mojo-sauce: Put 1 garlic glove, paprika powder and caraway into the blender and after a few seconds add about 15ml of olive oil. Afterwards add about 20ml of white wine vinegar and finally flavor it with a bit of salt.
Cut the salmon filet into pieces and roast it (low heat) for about 10-12min. Serve the salmon filet with Mojo-sauce and a bit of parsley.
